REFUNDS & Returns
At Watercolors of Glory, each piece is created with deep care and intention. We want you to love what you’ve purchased. Because of the unique and personal nature of original art and small-batch products, we kindly ask that you read our refunds & return policy carefully before placing your order.
DAMAGED items —
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
Your name
Order number
A description of the damage
Clear photos of both the item and the packaging
We will do our best to make it right. Depending on availability and your preference, we can offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Please allow up to 3 business days for a response.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES —
We accept returns on prints, note cards, and select art products within 10 business days of delivery, provided the items are in original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Please email us to initiate a return before sending anything back
Refunds will be initiated once we receive and inspect the returned item.
NON-RETURNABLE items —
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
Commissioned or customized artwork
Retreat bookings or deposits
Digital downloads (if offered)
For commissioned pieces, we work closely with you throughout the process, using your reference photos and feedback. Because these pieces are tailored specifically to you, they cannot be returned or refunded.
Policy for ORIGINAL Art —
Original paintings are carefully packaged and fragile to ship. For that reason, returns are only accepted under very limited circumstances—such as verified damage during shipping—and must be approved on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss your situation.
STORE Credit —
In some situations, and at our discretion, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit is valid toward watercolor prints, note cards, and art accessories—but not toward original works or retreat bookings.

Additional Notes
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Please retain all packaging materials until the issue is resolved in case they are needed for a claim.
